Children should be checked into their classroom immediately upon arriving to church. When you check your child into their room, a classroom ministry worker will assign a pager number to your child and give you a parent pick up slip.  If you are needed during service for whatever reason, your child’s pager number will appear on the top right hand corner of the screen in the main sanctuary.

Parent Slips: At the end of service, children are released only when they are picked up by an adult or guardian 18 years and older possessing the parent slip. The pager number will be matched to the number on the attendance sheet and the parent slip will be collected by the ministry worker. ALL of our classroom  ministry workers are instructed to ask for these parent slips.  Please do not lose them. 

If a different parent or guardian will be picking up the child other than the one that dropped the child off, the parent slip needs to be left in the classroom
and the name of the person picking the child up will be written on the parent slip.  Identification will be required for that person to pick up the child.
