The Canyon View worship ministry exists to bring glory to God through music. Although Canyon View has wonderful musical talent, our goal is simply to worship God with all our heart, our soul and our mind. It is our prayer that when people see us worship with sincerity and humility, they will be encouraged to do the same so that ultimately, as one voice and one body, we can seek the face of Christ and worship Him together.
Canyon View’s worship ministry consists of:
- Five worship teams.
- Heartsong—our vocal praise team/choir.
- Vocal and instrumental soloists.
- Sound and stage technicians.
- Children’s vocal praise team.

 Ron first experienced the reality of Jesus Christ at a worship gathering. Surrounded by men and women worshipping God wholeheartedly, the truth of God’s love was no longer abstract. He surrendered his life to God and began to seek God’s will for his life. He moved from Orange County to San Diego, where he began playing guitar and leading worship in a college and career group. It was there that he met his amazing wife, Mary. (They now have three wonderful children!) Ron and Mary traveled to Oregon to start a music school, but ultimately felt called into full-time ministry. Ron and his family have been a part of Canyon View since 2001. As pastor of worship ministry at Canyon View, his desire is to see people experience the presence of God through worship. |
